Youth

I am a farmer and daughter of farmers, when I was young we went out to work on our own and for others...at that time we used to have a harvest of about 2,000 kg of olives per season and always wanting to grow. Slowly and with a lot of effort, we have been buying more land.

1990-2000

First Land

The first farm that we acquired with the name of "Cortijo Nuevo" are some hundred-year-old traditional olive trees with a great production. Later I inherited a calm land farm from my parents called "Llano el Cerezo" where later it was planted with olive groves and to this day It is a farm in full production.

2000-2010

Expansion

A few years ago I bought another farm called "Miranda" also on calm land and it was planted with olive groves and today it is in full production.

2010-Today

Our Project

Now we have a production of approximately 600,000 kg and we continue to grow, for that reason I embarked on this project with the name Aceites Miranda where I will devote all my time and all my enthusiasm to get the best organic extra virgin olive oil. The road is long but I am sure that the product I offer you is of unequalled quality. A farmer's word.
