Recommended for those who are looking for olive oils with great character and personality, with a medium bitterness and a spiciness that appears but not very pronounced. It is an oil of intense green color, with golden reflections. In the nose, herbaceous aromas predominate over fruity ones.

Thanks to the special properties of organic olive oil, our oil is suitable to be consumed raw, in salads or to achieve a high quality fried food.

It is presented in a silver-colored metallic can of 3 liters, a presentation specially designed to protect the oil from light and thus guarantee its maximum protection over time.
